Questions roofers ask us
Are the leads shared with other roofers?
No. Each lead goes to one roofing company only, and we work with one roofer per city.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A homeowner in your area who asked about your services and left a working phone number. Renters, spam, wrong numbers, duplicates, and job seekers don't count, and you can flag any of them for credit within 72 hours.
Do you guarantee jobs?
No one can honestly guarantee closed jobs. We guarantee real, exclusive homeowner leads, and we call them fast so they're still interested when you show up.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The trial and appointment plans are month to month with 7 days' notice. The monthly plan starts with a 3-month term so the ads have time to settle.
Who pays for the ads?
On the trial and appointment plans, ad spend is included in the price. On the monthly plan, you pay Google and Meta directly so you can see exactly what's spent.
Do you work with trades other than roofing?
